How Aphrodisiac and Pheromones Make an Exciting Night
There are foods that stimulate sexual desire that will make your bedroom sizzle. Aphrodisiac has been used for centuries to excite and spark sexual energy. “The food you consume can have a direct impact on your sex life, affecting your hormones, brain chemistry and energy and stress levels. Some foods have psychoactive properties, others arouse because they are psychologically suggestive, and some can actually increase blood flow to the genitals (Avey).”
What does this mean to you? Imagine for a moment a night alone with your love. You are wearing pheromone perfume and aphrodisiac foods are prepared. You are also wearing his favorite color with a hugging gown or lingerie. It will be a for-sure passionate evening in which no man would be able to resist.

There are claims that oysters, chili peppers, avocado, chocolate, bananas, pine nuts, figs and more all have energy boosters and sexual stimulating vitamins. Ok, you’re probably thinking that you’ve had these foods before and didn’t feel anything special. Scientifically aphrodisiac foods, drinks and herbs are not proven to actually increase desires right after eating, but have proven to give the energy that some of us need before a night of romance. Bottom line is, what can it hurt? Many people swear on their pomegranates, asparagus, beets and coffee to bring arousal. So, cut up some bananas, pomegranates and avocado with a side of other fruits and feed him as if it is a rare delicacy.
How aphrodisiac and pheromones make an exciting night together is clear. Combined they can add spice and spontaneity to the bedroom by relaxing and dissolving any pre-jitters. Make your special night a hot one.
